Electronic data recorder for secure recording
Simpler, faster, more reliable: the Minitrend GR electronic data recorder uses the latest recording technology to continuously record data in batches for analysis. The data is recorded in the standard DIN format of 144 mm and the Minitrend GR has up to 16 analogue inputs that process T/C, RTD, linear and 10Ω/53Ω input sensor types. This allows the sensor to be connected directly to the recorder. 3.7 GB of internal memory is available for data storage.
The high-resolution 5.7-inch TFT colour display provides a clear and bright display of the process data. The touchscreen user interface and graphic symbols make operation easy. Another big plus point: the data display can be customised.

The data recorder is also used as a replacement for conventional paper recorders or in processes with rapidly changing measured variables.
Features and advantages
- Fuzzy logging: Fuzzy logging is a real-time method for data compression. It divides the data into straight lines and deletes superfluous points. The advantage: The memory capacity of the recorder is not exhausted so quickly and longer recording times can be realised. Another advantage: data is displayed faster graphically.
- Unrestricted data integrity and extensive security options: The storage of data in encrypted files ensures data integrity on the one hand. On the other hand, the data can be easily retrieved according to the process information. Also integrated in the Minitrend GR: comprehensive password protection. Four levels with up to 50 users are available. The multi-level password protection and the logging of operator actions increase security.
- Simultaneous batch mode: The Minitrend GR's batch logging function enables the data management of non-continuous processes. The simultaneous batch mode is relevant, for example, in food production or chemical reactions.
