Here we inform you about the new temperature transmitter STT850 which is developed as a follower of the STT350. Please consider this unit when you’re quoting for a running or for a new application, because the STT350 will be discontinued within the next weeks. The STT850 is for all applications a compatible replacement for the STT350, because:
- Accuracy and long-term stability were improved
- All former communication protocols are available in the future
- Ex-Safety regarding ATEX/CSA/IECex available
- SIL 2/3 certificated
The production of the STT350x-family will phase-out, the end of production could be in the first quarter of 2015.
